CALL FOR PAPERS
The first call for papers are hereby being made for the International Conference on Hydrology and Water Resources Management for Hazard Reduction and Sustainable Development (HRSD 2007), to be held on 19-23 November 2007 at the Intercontinental Manila, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, in conjunction with the 15th Regional Steering Committee Meeting of the UNESCO-IHP for Southeast Asia and the Pacific (RSC-UNESCO-IHP-SEAP), and hosted and organized by the Philippine National Committee for the UNESCO International Hydrological Programme (PNC-UNESCO-IHP), the Philippine National Commission for UNESCO, the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), and the Philippine Water Partnership (PWP). The International Conference HRSD 2007 will consist of two-days of opening ceremonies and technical sessions (19-20 Nov.), one-day technical visit (21 Nov.), and two-days (22-23 Nov.) of the 15th RSC Meeting.

The papers shall be peer-reviewed by an international panel of referees, and, once accepted, will be published in a UNESCO—IHP technical document.
